Q. How do purchase my order on the site?

5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “Place Your Order” button.
7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- After payment done, your order will be process by us.

MISS MOMO STYLE Online Store offer 7-Days unconditional return & exchange service.
Please be noted that we will refund to you in the form of Store Credit. It can be used in your future purchases with us.
If the returns could not meet the requirement of free shipping/special discount, do note that the cost of returns will be your responsibility.
All item(s) MUST BE returned in the original condition : free gift(if there is any) , original packaging and tags intact. Item(s) cannot be worn, washed or altered in anyway.

Kindly contact our customer service through our Facebook LIVE MESSENGER within 3 days upon your receive and mail back the item(s) to us within 7days upon your receive. For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the return being approved, we will send refund to you in the form of Store Credit.
Non Exchangeable and Returnable Items
Item(s) received is in an unsuitable condition – worn out, washed, altered or stained.
Item(s) has passed the 7 days service assurance window.
Minor variations in measurement, within 2cm, loose thread, unopened button holes, light and small staining < 0.2cm, minor stitching un-alignment, are not considered as a defect.

No, once the payment made, the order cant be cancelled.

We are using Skynet & Abx Express courier service. Delivery usually will takes about 2 to 4 working days. It depends on the efficiency
