Kindly contact our customer service through our Facebook LIVE MESSENGER and mail back the item(s) to us within 7days upon your receive. For exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once the return being approved, we will send refund to you in the form of Store Credit.
Non Exchangeable and Returnable Items
Item(s) received is in an unsuitable condition – worn out, washed, altered or stained.
Item(s) has passed the 7 days service assurance window.
Minor variations in measurement, within 2cm, loose thread, unopened button holes, light and small staining < 0.2cm, minor stitching un-alignment, are not considered as a defect.
